Hi,you might have seen this several times, but please take a minute to read. My phone is stuck in recovery mode.I connect it to usb, the computer asks me for drivers. I found the good page on the website to download it, but it requires me a service contract or something. The model is 7921G. I called Cisco directly, and we verified with the serial number, there is no contract or anything attached to this phone and there is no possibility that I can have support for it.Now my question is: how could i possibly download the drivers if cisco won't help me.
Is there anyone who can help me out?Is it against the rules to share? If not,can anyone share to me? I am quite desperate, and I would be really grateful for anything you could do for me.
